There are two routes to settling in Canada through business: provincial programs and federal programs.

Provincial — BC Entrepreneur Immigration (BC PNP)

Federal — Start-up Visa (SUV)

For founders building a business that is innovative, can create jobs for Canadians and can compete globally. With backing from a Designated Organization, you can apply for permanent residence.
